Greece and Italy are in trouble - Italy faces a high cost of borrowing and Greece has crippling debt payments it cannot afford.
Anna Diamantopoulou, the Greek Education Minister, told Sarah Montague that "there is a war of markets against Europe as a whole."
Lucio Malan, the Secretary of the Italian Senate, says that whilst China "has plenty of cash and it could be a good deal for them to buy some European debt", Europe has to rely on itself.
